    We are sorry for the inconvenience caused, but after our investigation, it was found that some packages sent to the United States were unable to be delivered properly due to a system issue with USPS some time ago, resulting in returns. Therefore, we have contacted the customer and can provide a free replacement package or process a refund. But I haven't received a response from the customer yet.....
