The handles make it easy to move it around from your neck to your back and the controls are right where they are easy to control. The only thing I didn't really like is that the straps are so short but if your clever enough you can find something to extend them. All and all: A very very good product!!!

The heating component does not work I’m sure because it was completely smashed 1 million times before it got to me in the process of shipping. The condition of the box was so completely smashed. I truly don’t understand why would you ship something like that? It’s not a shirt. The value I paid way too much for to be smashed .

There were very minimal physical signs of use. Given the excellent condition, quick shipping with good packing, it is a great value. In addition, They answered pre-sale questions very quickly. I would buy from them again with no hesitation
