    Best quality (QO) older-style AFCI circuit breaker for older-style breaker panel

    Fits our QO panel purchased in 1995 which requires this style with the curly cords. NOT for recent panels. QO is built better than the cheaper residential Home series and takes different breakers from it. It passed the self test (push little button). Designed, to prevent fires from starting in the wall when the wiring was done incorrectly (by preventing Arc Faults). For use in bedrooms and maybe also living rooms, not kitchens (which require GFCI), according to our local code (Ann Arbor MI).
