You can hear and feel a small item rolling around. They responded by basically saying I was wrong and it must be the shaft(no chance). I sent them 3 messages over the last 2 weeks, but they ignored all of them offering no solution or compensation. Buyer beware, no customer service and they don’t stand behind their products even though I contacted them the day it was delivered. $200 wasted!
