    The item was exactly as described and worked perfectly right out of the box. As expected, it took some time to be delivered from China, so just be patient. The handheld had to be removed by the seller to install the updated operating system so it was received as "New" but "Opened". The price was a deal considering if you bought it from Miyoo it would roughly cost the same. I would definitely purchase electronics from this seller again.
