When I inquired why, they stated their staff made an error. I asked them to update to reflect the real cause and it has yet to be updated. I have complained to eBay and they said they will penalize the seller, however I do not see any negative commentary on their account. Please be aware this seller sells via other channel & you might not receive the item.

    Sony - the one and only.

    Having come from an old 3G I-phone, we're still learning how to use all the features this phone has. I feel it is a quality product that should last us many years. Now 70, I have purchased Sony products from the time I was a teenager and have never had a Sony product fail. I really can't be more specific about the phones because we just haven't had time to use all the features and we don't live on our phones.

    Flagship with All the works!

    I got this phone as an escape from Samsung for a daily driver. As someone who's had every major flagship phone from Samsung from the first galaxy series up to the S20 ultra, as well as the first 10 notes, the only thing this phone is missing is a 5000mHa battery (the 4500 mHa battery is very sufficient)
