    i like it

    im disabled ...i have all lamate floors in my home...im a fussey person...nn i use to vacume the hole house ..then take a steam mop nn wash it....it took me 4 ever...sometimes it would durty before i could wash it...i usally kin stand nn walk.for ablut 15 minut intervols...then sit nn give my back a break..when paine gets to a comfy level...go do another 15 minuts worth of cleaning....with this machine it skips a hole step...nn i figured out..vacume by the walls with no wash..it vacumes corners nn agenst walls...then wash it...nn it comes out pretty clean..nn im anal...i realy like it....just making it all in one step...made it i kin do half the house nn if i cin go longer i kin do more..my back limits mee alot..i hate it..nn bissle made this machine with..i think mee in mind,....thank u

    Bissell Crosswave Cleaner Must Read Before Buying

    The Bissell gets the floor squeaky clean, but the problem is that it can't reach under tables and beds and up next to the woodwork. That means I have to use another sweeper and mopping system to do those areas. Another thing I don't like about it is that it has to be taken apart to clean and let the parts dry before I can put them back together. I don't like that hassle at all! I will make sure that I have a lot of area to clean before going through the trouble of using this machine. B

    A wonderful time saver!

    Leaves wooden sealed floors nice and clean even when their is mud and dirt on the floor. It is easy to use and saves time by not having to individually sweep and mop. The water in the clean container actually lasts a long period of time because it sparingly supplies it. Longevity of this product? Only time will tell.

    Not as expected

    I expected it to be much more efficient and easy to use, it’s not much different from using a mop and a wringer. I also would prefer to use other cleaning products than just the Bissell ones, It gets the floor clean but not deep cleaned, I don’t think it’s worth the money I paid for it.
