    Big things come in small packages! Saved us a ton of $$$.

    This highly necessary part, but never mentioned in any water heater manuals or DIY illustrations saved us from having to buy a new water heater or paying for a professional to come "fix" our issue. It's super easy to install. It was by chance that we saw the tiny broken slivers of glass when we were troubleshooting all the other "suggested" items that could be broken. If your water heater is not staying lit and you've already changed out the thermocouple and know for a fact that all other parts are in order, look to see if this piece is broken. It could be the culprit and save you tons!
