    Does what it suppose to do great

    This ice machine isn great, very simple to setup up, all i needed to do is hook up the water inlet valve from my reverse osmosis water filter system into its inlet (tube is already provided), they also include an adaptor to split a cold water valve from undersink to use too in case you don't have a water filtration system inplaced. Having this ice maker can save lot of money in the long runs, i have friends over alot and we drink lot of beer and we go through lot of ice. Having the ability to make our own ice will save us $10 to $15 everytime we get together.

    DO NOT BUY!!!

    This machine is defective. It starts out making ice but you have to keep sticking your hand in the machine and lifting the lever to start the next cycle. There is no insulation so the ice will melt before it fills the bend. It may make about 20 lbs of ice realistically due to the malfunctions.

    water in put issue

    The metering valve on the float has broke. It no longer opens and the pipes hooked to the water bottle opening leak. As long as I can keep water in the tray the pump works good and I get another tray of ice every 15 minutes. I just need to hook it to pressurized water.

    Nice production 9f ice for it's size

    It works very well for production of ice, however the drain tube needs to be a better quality. I had to purchase a rubber drain tube so I didn't have any leaks where the drain tube was connected to the machine.
