    The sheave I received was not the one pictured in the listing — that photo was from a previous item sold, which wasn't disclosed. The part arrived with significant surface rust and buildup, requiring extra time and labor to clean before it could be used. When I reached out, the seller acknowledged the issue but only offered a return, despite my need for the part and the added cost on my end. Disappointed there was no effort to offer partial compensation or acknowledgement of the said issue

    It was the last of 3 sold. It only has minor surface rust which would take a few minutes with a wire wheel to remove. Originally he said it has significant wear (which it did not) but now does not state it. He was just looking for a refund. I offered to take it back but obviously he could not find another at that price.
