First things first, TV works flawlessly; picture is just as good. But being a refurbished item, I must point out the back panel is slightly open and won’t snap back into place. It’s concerning dust or something will get in and damage the TV, but I can’t complain too much given the affordable price. If anything happens again, I’ll be ready with Sony’s Protect Plus.

I would have no problem buying from this seller again, nor recommending them to my family and friends.
