Best Buy nor Sony insurance would cover accidental damage, so I was forced to buy a new one. First things first, TV works flawlessly; picture is just as good. But being a refurbished item, I must point out the back panel is slightly open and won’t snap back into place. It’s concerning dust or something will get in and damage the TV, but I can’t complain too much given the affordable price. If anything happens again, I’ll be ready with Sony’s Protect Plus.

Listed as a refurbished item, but I couldn't tell the difference between it and a new TV, except for the much lower price! I'm very happy with this seller and this purchase. I would happily buy from them again. And thank goodness the seller packed it well because FedEx ran it through the wringer for about 4 days before finally delivering it (entirely the fault of FedEx and not at all the seller).
