    Broken junk in the box. Also this scam artist sold me a non operational charger. It flash red and green error message. I know why this seller doesn't take refunds; because he or her are thieves. Buyers avoid this seller at all costs. Product was a ragged out piece of junk that a pawn store wouldn't buy or pawn!

    You returned this for a full refund, however, it was missing the warranty label we place on all items, leading us to believe you returned your old non functioning charger in place of the one we shipped.
