    This transaction was NOT satisfactory, but maybe it was a fluke and I might consider purchasing from the seller again. Seller overlooked the order and shipped the laptop 13 days after order received. The laptop REEKED of tobacco smoke…not the Very Clean condition advertised. The laptop is UNUSABLE because of blurry stripes at the top third of both internal and external displays. Seller did not respond to my 2 ebay messages describing problems. Maybe I can salvage the hard drive for a spare.
