Everything was wrong as to authenticity and did not match the photos . I asked to refund the hat and was vaguely told I’d get a “partial refund”. Subsequently, I was offered $100 (1/3d of the cost minus postage) and keep the hat. I declined. Once eBay stepped in to the matter, I received a full refund plus return postage. Bravo eBay!
