I chased them several times and was told lies every time. I tried to cancel the order (due to the stress of continually being told it is being sent today and then not being sent), and they blanked me for a week until finally sending it, then claimed they couldn't refund because it was sent. They role me they had refunded me $10 as an apology - and, of course, that didn't exist either.
