The item was not broken but it was very old as far as the elastic which just stretched out and broke off into dust. So it was good with communication did take care of me keeping with words and sending elastic replacement for the product. Based on this experience would be comfortable trusting the seller again buying anything from the shop, I had a good experience thanks to the help of the seller! Made sure I was satisfied!
