VERY easy to use-great results
I bought this for our office, and since we're a manufacturer we have all kinds of feet on our floors. That means dirt, oil, mud...I can't mop every day. I was really impressed with the three levels of steam power-the heaviest one will leave your floors wetter so it should really only be used for the stuck on stuff. The mop heads are the same size as the basic models-just as easy to change and rotate the pads. This one features a heavy-duty dust mop included, as well as an interchangeable triangle head for tight corners. This is SO much easier than dragging around a traditional mop and pail...no heavy lifting, dumping and filling, no harsh chemicals (please note you *can* purchase a floor cleaner for this mop if you want). Waste of Good Money
I have used this mop less than 6 times, and it quit working. I used distilled water, according to the directions. It's now about 1/2 full of water, and refuses to make steam. Great for homes with tile and wood floors
I had the older model which required you to pump the handle to create steam....the newer model doesn't need this! All yo do is turn it on, set the steam level and mop. It creates 3 times the steam as the older model and seems to use water at a slower rate. I have 3 small dogs which stay in the kitchen when we aren't at home and the Shark does a great job when it comes to time to clean up their little messes. Better then expected
I was a little worried about wasting my money on this but this thing is great. Since you can flip it over it's always very hot which is great for disinfecting. One of the cons is that the mopping surface is a little bit sick so that you cannot very easily get into tight spaces with the regular attachment. I have just received it a week ago, used it twice. Love it. Have four other machines, but finally have the one that does what I want. Doesn't leave water and very convenient. No pumping and no holding onto knob. Has 3 different cleaning options. Big water tank. No mess, no dripping. Best of all, I got it for as cheap as the lowest machines at the stores. Quick - clean
I hesitated buying this until I heard from a friend that she loves her shark. Then I did some searching for a good price so I jumped at this price. eventually does a good job
when we first fired it up it made a lot of noise, kind of like it wasn't going to make it. we have used it three times, once each week and it still sounds sad but it does clean our tile floors.
