The top part of the left sleeve had very deep creases which are too big to steam out. I have several of these jackets and none of them have this fault. I ordered another one in the same colour and it's a very different shade, but I know this happens with dye batches. I told seller about the first one but got no response. I didn't request a return, but I expected some sort of reply. Unfortunately this new one has the same problem.
