The USB-C connectors are recessed a bit too much so not every USB-C connector will make a positive connection. Also the remote lacks a settings menu button. In order to get into settings which is annoyingly frequently you have to go through several menus. Also no dedicated input switching button on the remote. I would rather have these two buttons on the remote instead of dedicated quick launch buttons for prime video, netflix and D

Seller provided tracking information very quickly and I received the item within 1 week. My only issue with the seller was the shipping container. I personally wouldn't mind a shipping fee if it meant that the Samsung box was inside another box to protect it. The FedEx delivery had damaged the box considerably (holes and cuts near edges). I would buy from the seller again.
