Contacted seller and they asked a few basic questions. Then refunded me the full price and did not make me return the item. Disappointing but perfect resolution from the seller. Listed as a refurbished item, but I couldn't tell the difference between it and a new TV, except for the much lower price! I'm very happy with this seller and this purchase. And thank goodness the seller packed it well because FedEx ran it through the wringer for about 4 days before finally delivering it (entirely the fault of FedEx and not at all the seller).

    Does everything I ask

    I couldn't be happier. The build quality is amazing. It reminds me of the excellent Microsoft Zune products. The Surface Pro does everything well, though my setup is a bit unusual. Running 2 large external displays and a CAC reader on the optional port hub. Also using the Surface Dial, Microsoft and Bamboo stylus pens and a usb wheel mouse. No complaints.
