    the lip around the ball joint is 1 1/2 m...

    the lip around the ball joint is 1 1/2 mm too large to fit the standard Polaris ball joint retainer/clip. You should either offer a retainer that matches the lip, or mention that it won t fit without minor modification...grinding out 1 1/2 mm the hole of the retainer to accomodate the ball joint lip.
