The rudder pedals look well-designed and worked straight from the get-go. I have never actually felt real aircraft rudder pedals in flight, but I did on the ground and they seem pretty close. There is a very slight notch in the rudder motion so you can feel the center position if you are sensitive to the movement. The heel bar is a very nice feature as well. I foresee allot of joy using those with my sims :)

Hardware on the product was great. fits comfortable and stays put. How ever this kind of product should not be hard to set up software wise. Needs to be more of a plug and play device.

Before buying it, went thru some reviews and I can't find a good rudder paddles with fair price. All plastic rudder paddles are similar and I just pick the one with the best price in eBay. Once I got it, I replaced the spring and added two rubber bands. Later on, I might print mods to make I wider. I can only say you got what you paid for. Since rudder paddle is not really useful in sims, I tried not to spend too much money on it and this one does match what people said. It works but need some fixes.

I like these pedals for their quality and the ease of setup. Tension is normal and there is accurate positioning (when calibrated). They don't rattle around and stay fixed to carpet (for me). TM in general makes really good products IMHO. However, the pedals are too close together for me. Like many, I do not sit at a desk with my knees together. When I fly an aircraft IRL, my legs are apart, with my feet resting on well spaced rudder pedals. These are not. They are tight together so that they may also function as driving pedals (which I do not utilize). So if you are looking for flying pedals only, understand they are close together, in a way I find uncomfortable. I'm sure I could get used to it. But I would rather not. Otherwise, they are pretty good and my son's setup has been functional for some time (he sim drives a lot).Read full review

Commercial pilot. Lots of simulator time. I have had a desktop sim set up at home for 10 15 years. Keep trying to upgrade, in affordable fashion. I initially used cheap game pedals, but was never quite satisfied. In the air not so bad, but on the ground taxi, and takeoff my pedals were not smooth. Lots of jumping around, and braking was inconstant. I recently purchased Thrushmaster pedals and experienced a world of difference. Real world taxi, takeoff, and braking. My software is FS-2004, and Elite Professional. I highly recommend you give Thrustmaster a try.

Works as advertised. It's a little sensitive at the mid-point. I haven't downloaded the software to allow setting "dead zones", which I think might solve that. The pedals slide fairly smoothly, but there's just a little 'jerkiness'as they move. Not sure if they could be plug-n-play; I followed the (simple) instructions and downloaded the driver first. After the install they showed up immediately in X Plane 11 configuration.

These are the perfect addon to my flight sim and DCS pc games. They have lots of programmable buttons and were very easy to install. The rudder pedals add a sense of realism that you don;t get with just a joy stick!!!

The pedals work very well, but when using them for the first time you must be sure to find a way to keep your chair and the pedals stationary, with adequate knee room. If you find the rudder in your simulator off center, use the aircraft/car switch on the adapter to toggle back and forth to center them. Compared to twisting a joystick in the Z axis, the pedals at first may feel overly sensitive, but this gets better rapidly with a little experience. You’ll want to really set your chair to avoid rolling back and to allow enough space under the workstation for your knees as they are elevated resting on the pedals.

Seems like a good product however it is not compatible with my flight stick!

First time using rudder pedals. Easy install and works great for the flight sims I use (DCS, MS Flight Sim). I use to use the flight stick as the rudder but always rotated the stick when flying causing the rudder to work. So much easier and more realistic just using this setup.
