It arrived banged up and there are scratches and dents all over the metal. There is also no way to attach the swivel base to the chair itself. From the image it's supposed to attach through holes in the metal frame on the 2 side rails at the bottom. We cannot locate any holes to put the screws. The seller has not responded to my message as of yet.
