I bought a Precious Moment God Bless Our Years Together and anxiously waited for it to be delivered. When It arrived as I took the bubble wrap out of the box I could tell there were broken pieces. I contracted the seller and she was also very disappointed, since she had packed it well. The P.O. failed in this case. The seller has been most generous in making it right and issued a refund for the item.
