OK for most but it can will lower blood pressure and blood sugar.
This seems to be a good product and mixes well in a beverage. It will probably be fine for most people. Unfortunately, it was too strong for me. High dose vitamin C can lower blood pressure and blood sugar and I ended up feeling weak and dizzy when I took of it. Part of that is because I mixed it with other supplement powders i.e. lysine and magnesium which can also lower blood pressure and blood sugar. The combination was too strong for me. I still have the nutricost lysine powder and continue to use that but decided to drop vitamin C powder and magnesium powder. If you use this powder, I suggest you not combine it with anything else and just start out with half a scoop.This seems to be a good product and mixes well in a beverage.
