Item was not new as listed, it had been taken apart or was broken and was in pieces. The globe was chipped/broken all around the top, I cut my hand while removing it from the box for inspection. This was not damaged during shipping as the box was not damaged in any way and there was no glass in the box. Not a nice way to treat someone after the seller haggled over the price and then sent me a damaged light. Not nice at all.

We had already provided you with the information on the listing that the box was already opened. And I had checked before we sent the item, it was completely fine, and it couldn't have gotten broken during shipping, due to the secure packaging we had.
