LIKE BEING IN THE RECORDING STUDIO
GREAT REMASTER! Some audiophiles don't like it. I think it's astounding! I know the songs - but, I feel I'm hearing the recording as it was meant to be - for the first time. I hear guitar licks and backing vocals I'd never heard before. The band recorded those bits and meant for them to be heard - but, they were lost in early masters. You hear and feel the "structure" of the songs - the individuality of the instruments and BVs - pillars that support the completed song - almost like a physical structure. I've been in several studios as bands and their producers listened to their finished product blasting through the studio sound system to see if the songs and album had the desired impact and effect on the listener.
