Seller apparently sent to wrong place, or gave bogus tracking info. Although they promptly sent a refund, the whole thing seemed questionable. They could have re-shipped the item to me instead of refunding. Interestingly, the item price went way up after my purchase. So was my order sabotaged because they didn't want to sell at the original price? I've used eBay long enough to know when something doesn't smell right.
