Sadly this was not an 8 qt instapot, but when I notified the seller he was quick to refund my payment and thus creating a 4 star transaction. I would definitely buy from them again! Very friendly, and reasonable, a pleasure doing business with them in spite of the Shipping costs were reasonable, but the USPost Office apparently crushed the package, so that even with their excellent packing skills, the pot was severely dented. This is a good company, and an honest seller! Do not hesitate !!
