    Does the job well.

    If you smoke about 20 light cigs per day one of those patches is a good starting point to wean yourself off inhaling cigarette smoke. Add a few 4 mg nicotine chewing gums and you can successfully stop smoking IF YOU REALLY WANT TO QUIT. Don't make the mistake and buy Step 2 and 3 and waste your money and suffer from the drop in daily nicotine intake. Take a pair of scissors and gradually cut off surface area of the 21 mg patches. Use additional tape sports tape to stick it on your upper thigh under your pants, or upper arm.
