This workout is more low impact than any other aerobic video I've used, but very effective at getting your heart rate up while doing strength moves at the same time. Kathy demonstrates the moves so precisely, all the while encouraging you. The moves are pretty easy to memorize once you've done the workout a few times.
I bought this for my mohter-in-law......... Nope I didn't get into trouble because she tried and tried to find it other places online, but she hadn't ever used Ebay. So, we found this Tape in 5 min and 4 days later she had here video. Quick and easy are my words for my purchase. Greg
I bought it for a relative because it was so highly recommended, and Kathy Ireland's video gets another A because it seems to hit major muscle groups while being simple to follow. A Great video to stay in top shape!
