love the big screen, easy to use, was able to transfer contacts to this phone( see you tube), if you just call and text battery last all day, play games and forget it. but batteries are cheep and easy to get (ebay or amizon) I have 3 and an exturnal charger so my phone has a full batt while the extra battery by its self is on the charger when nesssasary.

The experience of buying on ebay was dismal. Not the buying itself but the process of selling the same item which I did not need as it turns out. I recently made a lot of purchases and ebay, and this particular item, I had to resell. All of the other items were good. The ebay system imposed a sell block on my account. Eventhough I have consistent good positive feedback status. No amount of discussion with ebay customer service helped. They gave me the pass-around treatment. Ebay customer service has certain policies for selling that are plain draconian and mediocre. I realize these policies are there for security and what not but there does has to be intelligent application of policies so that they serve the vital security purposes but also permit legitimate users valid access. In this case, the system failed and none of the ebay customer service was competent enough to apply intelligent decision making to resolve the issue. I will rant here as this has been the first opportunity that I have had to give this feedback. The dismal system of ebay customer service didn't allow another more opportune moment.Read full review
The battery won't hold charge! Phone was in meant condition as far as the looks. So I payed 200 plus dollars for a Samsung 3 that has a battery life of an hour tops. Would of written earlier but have not had much time throughout the holidays! I think this is why the phone got turned back in due to short battery life and I have other friends who have this phone there's does not run out until the end of the day! I also have put applications on there to help the battery out but it's just a defective one! Sorry would of liked to gave better ratings but can't. If u send me a battery and it works good I sure will change this review
The phone works well for most part, Just you will need extra battery or charger with you if its screen is on for long periods of time...30 min or so, or watching videos, texting etc. Perhaps purchasing an extended life battery would be recommended.
