    Indispensable product

    It was a replacement for the one that burned out. It's easy to replace. This is the 3rd one. It seems as though they only last 3 or 4 years. The heating element would be easy to change, but a replacement isn't available. I save the old tank, and im going to look for a heater that's respersible that might fit. This instant hot is so very useful.

    Excellent Supplier Inferior but Necessary Part

    The plastic treads can be stripped easily by the brass nut if not aligned properly. Manufacturer should supply with metal on metal fittings. However, this component is the only option available for installing this Insinkerator Instant Hot Water tank. In that regard, this supplier is excellent and provides and delivers the required part at at a fair price. Thank you for excellent service!

    Exactly what I needed

    Exactly what I needed. Worked great. Some people commented about the price but $25-ish is way cheaper than a $400 new unit and the crazy under sink contortions to install a new tank. I purchased the whole line with new connectors on both ends. I've learned over the years it's better to replace the whole part and not cheap out and piecemeal it.

    Because I love rural Northern Kent County Michigan, and have very hard water they can clog up with time but that can last 10 years plus even with that.

    Easy Replacement

    Bought this unit to replace one that started leaking after about 5 years. The replacement literally took me less than 5 minutes... unhook three tubes and then re-connect them. Plug in the unit and you’re done.
