I received the product under a different name, which I promptly returned to the post office, after waiting a week, the Seller reached out for feedback, which I preceeded to tell her I never received the product. She sent me the tracking number showing it had been delivered. So I return back to USPS, and we determined the Seller had put the wrong name on the pkg. So this Seller needs to be more diligent, but I did eventually get my item.
