Seller offered a "new" headset that was clearly used. Not only was the box open, the headset came without batteries, or a charger, there was sharpie writing over the headset, as well as a massive sticker on the back. Seller specifically mentioned batteries, charger, and being "new" in desciption/title so was not an accident. Seller did offer a return. Being a bit harsh here as time is valuable and there is business urgency with the use of this headset.
