Book condition was listed as "perfect". Item arrived with a damaged dust cover. Front cover hinge is ripped at the inner seam and separating from the spine. Description was misleading and did not accurately reflect the condition of the book.

I'm sorry, but from the photos sent to me, they were from another book. Not the book that was sent. You also requested I refund your money and you keep the book! I have a 100% positive feedback rating, except for your feedback, I go out of my way to please my customers as I did with you, when after ordering the book, you wanted to change the shipping address. This cost me out of my pocket, as I had already purchased the shipping label with your incorrect address on it.
