The box was badly torn in many locations. Luckily nothing inside was damaged. They also left the package by the stairs on the porch instead of behind the post so "porch pirates" would have a clear view of the package. In my opinion, Fedex is not the best service to use.

In the end I received everything, and they were as described. There was a problem with shipping: they had taped my two items together and did not label one of them. Surprise! That item somehow got loose and separated from the labeled item. They did ship another one out quickly, but I would dock a star since it shouldn't have been shipped like that in the first place.
