The item arrived on time. The laptop was as described; however, the battery was not. It was in need of service. Seller was responsive and immediately sent out a replacement battery. I installed it and it did not work. Seller and I reached an agreement where he partially refunded my purchase price so I could buy a replacement battery from Amazon. Seller was very responsive and acted quickly throughout the process.

I received this item and the screen was worse then the description so I contacted the seller and he took care of it. I sent it back to with the shipping paid by seller and then the screen was replaced and shipped back. Very good to communicate with. MacBook is working amazing. Great deal. Highly recommend buying from this seller

I am unable to remove or change the feedback for this purchase due to eBay’s policies.Once I received this back It only worked for two months then screen went blank.His solution was to send it back and pay another $140 to replace it again as he accused me of damaging it. I obviously didn’t agree to do this, so nothing was resolved. I cannot trust that this screen wouldn’t have the same thing happen and be out more $$.Buyer beware buying anything from this seller as he doesn’t stand by his work.
