I purchased the Vankyo V630 at a excellent price and the delivery was prompt and swift. Unfortunately after a week the projector created a fault (no error of the seller as it couldn't of been foreseen and the box and packaging was flawless), after contacting the seller via email he said for me to keep the projector and issued a refund immediately after the first email. I have to say this is one of the best customer services i have ever come across. I would definitely use this company again.
