Product was sent by seller in original box ripped apart and taped backed together and speaker grille was completely dented and speaker had dirty finger prints all over it. Obviously opened and handled previously before being sent out. Speaker grille is dented and looks awful. Box was taped by seller and then packed into another shipping box and then sent out. Product is definitely not new and was damaged. Awful company and service. Do not buy from. They lied on auction about item being new.

We did not open these at all. If there was any damage to the item, it was done prior to being shipped to us. The buyer did not email us at all to notify us of the condition. If there would have been any communication, we would have accepted the item back and provided a full refund.
