When I sent her detailed pics of the item sent to me, she immediately accused me of switching the label on the shorts because she "knew" she sent the right item. So, I bumped it up to Ebay. A few days later, she asked for more pictures of the item, which I sent and suddenly I got my refund. People make mistakes but an apology goes a long way. I finally got one today, kinda. Situation could have went differently withCommunication from the start. I will do better on my part in the future.
