This is a high quality krill oil. It is supposed to be better than fish oil and since I have B P issues I wanted the best way to help my heart.

A little difficult to swallow.
The product is a little fishy smelling and tasting as compared to something like Mega Red Krill oil but not all that bad. The biggest issue for me is the gel cap is a little rough on the outside which makes it a little hard to swallow. I take my supplements after I eat breakfast and wash them down with Almond milk. These capsules go down easier with almond milk rather than water. I will buy them again due to their price compared to Mega Red.The product is a little fishy smelling and tasting as compared to something like Mega Red Krill oil but not all that bad. I was taking those large fish oil capsules. These are so much easier to take. Also read the the krill oil is much better than the fish oil.
