It's so easy to use that I am driving all my friends nuts asking them to 'Taste This!!' Ever had Tangerine/Chilopte jam? It's wild! Strawberry/Tangerine/Banana/Rum jam? Fantastic! You can do it too! Cleans up real fast too so I can have the kitchen looking like I was never there before Wifey gets home...

Vastly superior to cooking jam the traditional way in a pot. Uses less sugar, jam sets every time, preserves the flavor and color of the fruit. Best of all, does not boil over and ruin the stove and kitchen, and pots. The one small drawback is that it makes a small batch. It is worth it having two of these.

very good easy to use! need to watch closely if you cook with the lid on it could quickly boil over by removing the lid as it boils will prevent this! Only make one batch at a time for best results.
