The item was exactly as described. New in box with original styrofoam. Obviously had been removed at some point to check the item out but otherwise appeared unused. Seller replied to a question very quickly (almost immediately) near the end of the bidding process. Although the item is large (as compared to rolling stock) it is relatively light, so I initialy thought the shipping cost was high but I did recieve the item in only two days via UPS. Overall an excellent experience.
