When it arrived I noticed that the lcd was shattered. I contacted the seller and they were able to send me another on for free. It arrived intact and not shattered, though it was shipped in the same packaging which had me worried when opening it. I just finished removing the original touch bar, and replacing it with this new one. Powered on my Mac and the touch bar came to life and everything was perfectly functional and fluid. Looks just like the original touch bar. I recommend this seller.
