This amazing autographed signature friendship quilt bedspread is a commemorative precious keepsake perhaps used as a fundraising tool with many names signed by the people of Boston Massachusetts dated 1900 in the center square, including the local Fire Department Engine Co. 20 Capt. J.M. Littleton, the doctor Frederic L. Kellogg M.D. and many townspeople. There are a variety of decorative designs, figural cats, birds, fish, horse, spiderweb, flowers, flora, fauna, candlestick, boat, anchor, American flag needlework square blocks, with an embroidered ruffle flounce trim edging the entire piece and is fully backed lined in a white cotton fabric. It is in good condition, has not been cleaned with only a few faint age spot stains from storage (see close-ups). The quilt measures 65 inches long, 57 inches wide and has a 6 inch ruffle f”
