I contacted seller before purchasing to verify if the vent was a new model or old model of the same style. The customer said it was the old style as pictured on the listing. The new style model was sent. Not old model as pictured on the listing. I did the due diligence on my end. Not as advertised. Terrible customer service and refused the return or refund.

Item marked as new, but it was damaged/open box.It was a gift for a friend but the box had a very large hole ripped on one side.Item was shipped without a box or protection whatsoever with the shipping label taped over the hole with a piece of torn cardboard covering the hole. I had to reach out to the seller many times to get updates on my item because there was no updates days after I payed it. It took over two weeks to finally arrive.Terrible communication and customer service.
