Speakers arrived packed excellently and largely as described. Unfortunately one of the speakers was damaged in shipping despite their laudable efforts, however a quick message to seller and everything was resolved fully to my satisfaction.

Seller was very involved in correcting a shipping problem with FedEx. However, item wasn t packed well and was damaged on arrival. Final price was adjusted by seller accordingly.

Mower was shipped the way we normally ship these and up until now we have had no problem with this unit. Box was mishandled by Fedex and transported the package to the other side of the country before rerouting it to the buyer. Once we knew there was an issue we did everything within our power to assist the buyer receive the package, unfortunately the item had some scratches but nothing major based on the photos the buyer sent. Ultimately, we worked it out with the buyer and all is good.
