After sale was completed, seller asked for more money for shipping via email. The seller cancelled the order and gave a refund because I wanted what was in the listing to be honored.

I am a new seller and there was a mistake with shipping calculation. I was very transparent about the mistake and offered a full refund. Instead, the buyer open a case and created a big mess that could have easily been avoided. This did not deserve negative feedback. I asked for the buyer to remove the negative feedback and she refused. I wish this was resolved in a better way.
